  • If you are not logged in, please enter your username and password to login.

2nd Step: Find the order that you would like to cancel and click “View”:

3rd Step: “Click Here” to cancel your order successfully.

Important:

Only if the status of your order are “pending payment”, “on hold”, “processing”, you can cancel your order. Otherwise please contact our support team.
