In order to make the complaint of the product fast and uncomplicated, please fill in the following fields carefully.

Notes that you must observe when returning the product:
1. If available, package the product in the original carton to avoid any possible transport damage.
2. If possible, send the goods with complete accessories to us.
3. Include a copy of the receipt with the product. Complaints without a valid proof of purchase can not be processed.
4. Do not send the package freight. Freight packages are not accepted by us. If necessary, contact your specialist dealer to clarify the complaint for apron.
