Please note that if you receive the message “activation key has already been used”, it may simply be a mistake.

No new or refurbished Elgato device is ever sent out with an old EyeTV key. In all likelihood, you received this message as the result of a double-click on our submission button, when a single-click would have been sufficient.

Please do not hesitate to contact us about this error and we will, of course, resend your download link and activation key information.
