How to extend your EPG subscription successfully

Please read below instructions to extend your subscription successfully!

1^st Step: Purchase the EPG abonnement in our online store: http://shop-en.geniatech.eu/category/epg/

• Please purchase EPG Gracenote for use in Europe
• Please purchase the TV Guide for use in the US and Canada

2^nd Step: Make sure your EyeTV Software is updated to the latest version EyeTV 3.6.9 (7416).

• The latest software version can be downloaded here: https://saturn.geniatech.eu/software/

3^rd Step: Open EyeTV // Preferences// EPG// select the correct EPG in the dropdown menu// click on change // create a new customer account with the email address used to purchase the EPG in the online store// login

• On the following website you can check whether you already have an existing customer account: https://services.geniatech.eu
• Please also refer to the above stated website if you need to reset your password

4^th Step: Open EyeTV and click on the activation link you received with your confirmation email.
